As the iPad continues its upward surge in the tablet market it basically invented, its growing influence over vast areas of lifestyle and professional usage has been nothing short of phenomenal.  In the area of music production and recording alone, the results of these emerging technologies with software such as Apple’s GarageBand combined with the iPad2 is that an ordinary person with an idea for a song can now theoretically produce an entire album all by his lonesome and market it independently through iTunes and other outlets, potentially achieving a kind of viral stardom previously unknown to the music industry.
